4 day legs, push, pull, legs, a new take on the classic push, pull, legs for those who want to build bigger legs. This throws in a second leg day to an ideal workout split to make sure legs are hit twice in a single week. This program is made for those who have a busy work week and cannot make it to the gym more than three or four times each week and still want to prioritize muscle growth and strength gains. Each day focuses on a specific movement pattern or overall set of muscles. Push day has a focus on chest, triceps, and shoulders. Pull has a focus on back, biceps, and rear delts. Legs is an overall legs focus with abs in there as well.
