3 day push, pull, legs, the classic, tried and true workout program that many claim to be the success behind their physique and strength gains. This program is intended to be run in a three days per week schedule. Each day focuses on a specific movement pattern or overall set of muscles. Push day has a focus on chest, triceps, and shoulders. Pull has a focus on back, biceps, and rear delts. Legs is an overall legs focus with abs in there as well.
